Summer Football Clinics

What We Currently Offer:
We host 30 free, 2-hour football clinics designed for athletes in grades 4–12. Each clinic is led by a diverse team of coaches, including former NFL players, college athletes, high school coaches, and developing youth coaches.

So far in 2025, we’ve successfully run 6 clinics, with 120+ athletes and 30+ coaches attending each session. That’s 60+ hours of elite training available to help athletes sharpen their craft before the season kicks off.

We’ve got 24 more FREE clinics lined up between now and the end of July

Our clinics focus on:

  • Skill development

  • Understanding of football schemes

  • Leadership growth

We engage participants at four key levels:

  1. Lead Coaches – experienced high school coaches

  2. Mentored Coaches – aspiring high school and youth-level coaches

  3. Athletes – students in grades 4–12th grade

  4. Athlete Mentors – high school athletes who help guide younger participants

Testimonals

First off… Is Coach Schiltz and company NUTS for offering clinics of this quality and NOT charging 100x more for the opportunity? Quite possibly!
Over the years, our family has spent thousands annually traveling to different parts of the country for various camps and trainings that didn’t return even a portion of the high-level instruction and attention-to-detail that my son got from just a few sessions with the entire Higher Performance coaching staff.
You won’t find a better collection of coaching and playing backgrounds anywhere in the region, but maybe most impressive of all is the way that each one to a man will pour out everything they have for your child regardless of experience level, school you attend – or what sideline you might be suiting up for on a future Friday night. It is truly an inspiration to see their love for advancing the game of football and developing great young stewards here in our community, all while letting their lights shine for a higher purpose through it all”
